Kegiatan ini mengusung tema <em data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"669\">\u201cPelatihan Pembuatan Nata dari Kulit Pisang sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Pakuan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"1081\">Pelaksanaan program dilakukan melalui kolaborasi dengan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (LPMD) serta Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Desa Pakuan. Desa Pakuan sendiri dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra produksi pisang di Lombok Barat yang menghasilkan limbah kulit pisang dalam jumlah besar. Selama ini, limbah tersebut belum termanfaatkan secara optimal dan kerap menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1288\">Melalui pelatihan ini, masyarakat diperkenalkan inovasi pengolahan limbah kulit pisang menjadi <em data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1184\">nata<\/em>, yaitu produk pangan bernilai ekonomi tinggi sekaligus ramah lingkungan. Rangkaian kegiatan mencakup:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1548\">\n<li data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1349\">\n<p data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1349\">Edukasi tentang potensi dan manfaat limbah kulit pisang.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1414\">\n<p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1414\">Praktik langsung pembuatan <em data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1385\">nata<\/em> melalui proses fermentasi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1473\">\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1473\">Sosialisasi <em data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1463\">Cara Pengolahan Pangan yang Baik<\/em> (CPPB).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1548\">\n<p data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1548\">Pelatihan desain kemasan dan label produk agar siap bersaing di pasar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1894\">Mitra Pokdarwis Desa Pakuan berperan aktif dalam mengorganisir peserta dan mendampingi jalannya pelatihan. Masyarakat turut terlibat langsung mulai dari persiapan bahan, proses fermentasi, hingga pengemasan produk. Dukungan mitra lokal ini menjadi faktor penting dalam memastikan keterlibatan penuh masyarakat dan keberlanjutan hasil program.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2249\">Ketua tim pengabdian menegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini tidak hanya bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, tetapi juga membuka peluang wirausaha baru berbasis potensi lokal. \u201cDengan mengolah limbah kulit pisang menjadi <em data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2130\">nata<\/em>, masyarakat memiliki alternatif sumber pendapatan sekaligus solusi pengelolaan limbah yang berkelanjutan,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2664\">Ke depan, tim KPBI Universitas Mataram berharap kegiatan ini dapat diperluas ke desa-desa lain dengan potensi serupa. Melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan, diharapkan produk <em data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2429\">nata<\/em> kulit pisang dapat berkembang menjadi komoditas unggulan Desa Pakuan.
